Essential Oil for Menstrual Cramps

My personal favorite oil for cramps is lemongrass.  Apply straight 1-2 drops at lower belly area or dilute with carrier oil. You can use heat pad afterward; reapply the oil as needed.  Visit chiropractic on regular basis also make your life easier during your period.  Also Jiaogulan, the Chinese herbal tea from previous blog, help regulate hormone levels in women, and pms.
