Breathing

Families get together during the holiday can be overwhelming and stressful.  Four square breathing might help you stay sane during this hectic time; it can also help with panic attack.

          1. Take a deep breath in slowly for 4 counts.

          2. Hold your breath for 4 counts.

          3. Exhale slowly for 4 counts.

          4. Hold your breath out for 4 counts.

          5. Repeat step 1-4 as many times as you need until you are calm and relax.
